First, The Evaporation Canister

Located under the bike.  2 bolts hold this on.

Now to the front of the bike.  The air suction valve.

The air suction valve and ALL rubber and metal tubing is removed.

With the Air Suction Valve and it’s metal tubes connected to the cylinder head now
gone, how do I plug those holes in the head??

Here is one solution:

One aluminum rod cut to length with the head shaped
to fit the curve of the exhaust port.

Now, we TIG weld them in place.

Then grind/sand smooth.

Second Solution:

Cut off plate, weld holes, and bolt back on.
